I need some positive vibes. About to attempt quitting caffeine cold turkey. Drink anywhere between 2-5 cups of coffee a day and 1-3 energy drinks. Ooooof.

Yo…. That’s a lot. Might want to taper that back for a week first. Maybe 2 coffee and 1 energy drink. Or only coffee.

All seriousness, dump the energy drinks. Those are terrible. Might be the crap in those affecting you & not the caffeine. And drink more water.

Whenever I did that I had headaches for maybe 2 days.

Sleeping a lot, like maybe 10 hours the first few days.

After that back to mostly normal but my sleep was much better, less interruptions. Did feel great 😎👍

It's effecting my stomach, and feeling abnormally tired.

I'm desperate to get my health back, after this going to work on a diet and start working out multiple times a week. Can't let this dad body get out of control.

I started Intermittent Fasting almost 5 years ago and it was life changing

Not only did make caloric deficit more attainable but also increased focus 🤙

That's what I planned . Gonna eat between 12:00 PM and 7:00PM

Consider eating heavy protein for first meal vs anything carby. Eggs, veggies, avacado, breakfast meat is my go to

I am doing my best to cut eggs and milk out for other reasons. But taking the rest of the advice for sure

You might get headaches if you go cold turkey. Maybe taper? Just consume less, to start.
