I have not made ice cream in a couple years. I need to get my machine out soon. Are you only making enough to eat at one sitting or a large batch? What are you storing it in?

We make about 6 cups which is the max our machine can handle. We store the batch in a loaf pan which works pretty well. Our favorite way to store the ice-cream is to reuse Oui yogurt cups, but it takes so long to fill those suckers!
