I would suggest breaking a long fast with something more gentle on your stomach. Fermented food such as miso or yogurt are good, leafy fibrous greens and eggs are also good.

I normally break my weekly 36 hour fast with three scrambled eggs and cabbage lightly fried in butter 😋

Make sure you drink a *lot* of water during the fast, it'll help with hunger pangs and you will get dehydrated more quickly when fasting.
