i did keto for a month or two a while back. great to lose weight. felt AWFUL tho.
nothing saturates me as much as a good sammich does, for lunch especially. gives me energy
it's weird also.. in the Netherlands, most guys easily eat away half a loaf of bread for lunch and eat potatoes or rice for dinner, DAILY... while staying cut.
it cannot be just the carbs.
I agree. Portion sizes, ingredients, and balance are more important. I’m not sure why NA is so diet crazy?

Ohhh yup makes sense. All i could think of was sodium despite that clearly not being the case 😂
