But it’s true, natural endorphins and dopamine (exercise, love, personal accomplishments, laughing, sex, meditation, etc.) are way more satisfying, without the negative side effects, the spike-and-crash feeling, etc.
I guess it’s time to go achieve my personal goal of pleasurable-yet-physically-strenuous-yet-somehow-hilarious-lovemaking-while-meditating-and-laughing for maximum Friday high.

😂 my prior attempts at beardedness have been half-hearted at best. Always a bit of a “pizza delivery boy” look. At least this time (and a bit older) it looks decent. But still, not enough to commit once I’m back “in the world” lol
