Uh idk what's happening with zbd?
Seeing things from new users that are on zbd and zaps that make me go hmmm🤔 just wondering if i am alone in seeing it

Global mostly very zap focused so to speak from asking for zaps as first post to having like zap goals just odd

Ah yeah I checked them out last year because of the games they have paying sats to users. But they contained so many ads they prob make more then they pay out. Haven't checked they nostr implementation yet, they have a client if I remember correctly?

The ZBD nostr client is very early and by invite only right now. As for the games, I make 500 sats/day with one of them (paid $6 over a year ago to get rid of the ads), so I’m happy with that. I also stack a lot of sats taking surveys through the ZBD app.

Bitcoin Miner for the 500 sats/day (there’s a post further back in my feed about how to get to that point).
Also play Bitcoin Bay - it’s ticket based, but there’s a new draw every 30 minutes, so it can slowly add up.
My greatest sat stacker is the Fold debit card, because I get sats for my utility bills, health insurance - anything and everything I pay using a debit card. :)

Not especially. It’s a much easier onboard experience, which is why I think you see the “gimme sats” folks.
I initially tried Damus, then left. Tried ZBD and stayed. I was never a big Twitter/X user. Still use Instagram to keep up with artists I like, but the majority of my social presence is now here.
If you want to stack sats, ZBD games intergrations and surveys are easy ways to do so, and you can use the app without using the social/nostr aspect. Their nostr aspect is also still by invite only, which is another reason the “zap me!” folks may be more active on that client since that may have been how it was presented to them by whoever gave them the invite.

Happy to discuss! I do the brand stuff at zbd 🫡 and have been on nostr since Nov/dec i think. Everyone’s got their client preferences - and ZBD is really for people who want a fun and easy experience! Many people will prefer clients that give them more control, which is great too. What i like about nostr is the optionality :)
