Signal + Matrix works for me
💯 Signal for normie convos, Matrix for support rooms, SimpleX for convos and small groups where privacy/anonymity is more important.
I don't like sharing my phone number tho 🤔
But you have to share your phone number in Signal. Session is a Signal fork and you just have to share your Session ID
Matrix is not really private, leaks a ton of metadata
Session doesn't think forward secrecy deniability, post compromise security is important
SimpleX is great
But Session is a Signal fork?

OMEMO encryption is top notch.
