The answer is no, everyone is free to use/do wherever they want, but choosing the wrong side has consequences.

And how does bitcoin helps avoiding wars if not everybody uses bitcoin? Lets say you are right and everybody uses bitcoin in this utopia and suddenly there are no wars and no weapons
And then one state decides to go back and print this dirty fiat. How bitcoin stops wars in this case?
