What's an AI hallucination?
Itβs when they make stuff up and in the context of coding just make circles around the problem or worsen it without addressing it.
Oh I see. I have avoided using AI for coding. It's important for me to be the author of my own work, and have an intimate understanding of which decisions I made, and why. Those AI coding assistants would interfere with that, I fear.
But for subscription models it simply goes against them since people pay a flat fee and the Ai has to use additional computing power for every hallucination that the human wants a correction for π
Subs always have limits
People should (re-)discover Wikipedia. In a world full of hallucinating LLM's it's quite powerful for shaping a grounded worldview.
