just close your eyes and take deep breaths

there are no life hacks

that was not the answer I was looking for but it was maybe the right one

wim hof breathing technique is what gets me going every morning, it relaxes your body in an almost psychedelic experience

watch some videos before, it can make you faint if inexperienced, so don't do it in a shower or driving!

thats the ice bath guy, right?

yeah same guy, even though he didn't "invent" the breathing technique, he just shared it

the breathing method is called Tummo and has been practiced for centuries by Buddhist monks

YouTube has lots to offer. For many things (better sleep, relaxation, โ€ฆ) Sometimes itโ€™s great to be guided. Or just find some melodic and calm meditation music. Or go outside, just observe the nature or human sounds around you. :) ๐Ÿง˜โ€โ™€๏ธ

franny you have always great advices ๐Ÿซ‚

Ohh thank you! ๐Ÿ‘€๐Ÿค—

Being neurodivergent (adhd), I always had a hard time meditating on my own, so I tried guided meditation. Iโ€™ve learned breathing techniques and how to stay focused. Now I mediate on my own way better.

The greatest book about meditation I know is from eckhart tolle โ€œthe power of nowโ€ I really can recommend it to get better sense for being present. :)

I try to integrate a few routines into my day to improve myself ๐Ÿ™‚
