Also, Israel isn't the tail wagging the dog. They wouldn't have been able to bomb Gaza for 23 months without foreign aid from several countries, mainly from the US. The United States also bought out the neighbors of Palestine, maintaining a level of regional security that allows the settler colonial enterprise of Israel to exist untrammeled
