Nope, affecting everyone. Related to a stalled HTTP request pulling down the latest lightning state.

is this issue you metion related to the fact that I'm trying to send 30k sats from my mutiny wallet to nostr.wine for a subscription, which fails every tingle time? Since saturday, I tried it about 10-15 times, at different times and days. Hard to believe that there is no lightning route avaiable. Is there a bug that I may have triggered?

We've fixed a lot of route problems over the week but some users still having problems with destinations that work on others. If you can click on the feedback link at the bottom of the home page and upload logs to our github (or email team@mutinywallet.com) hopefully we can find the remaining issues..
