How do people who only follow like a 100 people use Nostr? I feel like you could scroll for like 5 min and get through your whole feed. π

That's a good thing. We shouldn't be spending more than a few minutes on social media...
Some of us prefer spending only 5 minutes versus our entire day.
Right?! πΉ Go around following more as if there's no tomorrow. Or take a deep breath and plunge on the Global timeline using a good filter.
I prefer a slow feed and I think I've found my Dunbar's Number for follows. Keeps me from scrolling all day, too

i focus on people who give the best stimulus and yes, as others have mentioned, having too many leads to way too much distraction

I used to limit my feed in the closed platforms as well.
Also it is harder to find accounts with reliable content.
It just takes time, and especially during these early days on Nostr as it still continues to grow.
On Twitter, it was years as I started to follow 5k to 10k accounts.
Just, over time, keep checking your feed as usual, check some hashtags of interest, create your own posts with hashtags as well as well so people find you (and you might want to follow them back if you found them interesting), and so on =3
