what would you say to all of the carnivores who gained weight doing that diet?

I did carnivore for years with initial benefit, then harsh reversal. adding back carbs, in context, is what is helping me reclaim my health and energy.

simplifying health to "just eat meat" or "carbs bad" is incredibly reductionist as many ex-keto/carnivores have discovered. for some, it may work for years, maybe a lifetime, but it is not the end-all-be-all diet for everyone.
