it would be nice if we could attach our own labels to users if we need to remember something specific about them
nothing wrong with exogenous, either. in fact, likely better in many or most cases.

imagine having nothing to offer the world other than a naked body.
now imagine being the parents or the children of that person. how embarrassing that must be.
you could be building or creating (humans or otherwise), but you just take pictures of yourself to share with weak-minded simpletons.
it all begins with the individual. be better.
"happy wife, happy life" is such a scam. it's the best way to breed betas
alcohol also depletes thiamine, the #1 vitamin involved in glucose oxidation
simply injecting someone with thiamine can reduce their glucose levels over days. I don't recommend this as a standalone, but it gives us clues as to what may really be going on
what would you say to all of the carnivores who gained weight doing that diet?
I did carnivore for years with initial benefit, then harsh reversal. adding back carbs, in context, is what is helping me reclaim my health and energy.
simplifying health to "just eat meat" or "carbs bad" is incredibly reductionist as many ex-keto/carnivores have discovered. for some, it may work for years, maybe a lifetime, but it is not the end-all-be-all diet for everyone.
gluten is net neutral, but carbs have a lot of positive effects
- reduces cortisol and catecholamines
- can increase metabolism via FGF21 (especially simple sugars & fructose)
- can greatly increase energy
these are just a few examples. there are many. carbs are not the devil they've been made out to be. this can also be context dependent
depends on your goals & symptoms
personally, carnivore only worked for me for a few years, then the "benefits" took a hard reversal
much like it will never be "too late"

they've been priming us. the Fed and IRS will both be going away in the near future. count on it.
