just struck me as odd how in HOI4 navy is basically useless except for naval invasion spam, or blockading an island nation

I feel like having 5 BBs offshore should be able to damage or at least cripple infantry, instead of just a debuff

COW battleships are great, unless the enemy has naval bombers, subs, or a counter navy they are screwed

I have 3 battleships, 7 cruisers, a carrier with interceptors, and 1 destroyer in their stack. So it's pretty well rounded
