在这样一个去中心化版本的产品里面，IM 要求隐私、Payment 要求财产安全，而 Publish 要求抗审查。三者都要求抗封杀，帐号不损失可用性，Nostr 和 LN 在这一点上似乎没有问题，Matrix 协议对域名、第三方 ID 全局 identity server 存有依赖，还不满足这个要求。

Nostr 对 Mastodon 总结的缺点：1. 用户 id 和域名绑定、2. 服务器可以 ban 人、3. 服务器迁移需要兼容、4. 服务方运营没有激励、5. 服务方互相推送麻烦

在第 1 点和第 3 点上 Nostr 是解决了，第 2 点因为 Relay ban 用户不会导致其损失社交联系和数据，所以也可认为已解决。第 5 点在 Nostr 上不需要 Relay 相互推送，而是靠 Client 同时拉取数据，所以相当于规避了它，当然以后也可能出现一方 Relay 爬取其它 Relay 数据的现象。唯有没有激励这个问题在 Nostr 上也是存在的。

IM 和 Publish 功能具有社交黏性，最理想地话是吸引用户付费订阅。内嵌 LN 也有机会让服务方成为 LN 上的核心节点，有利可图。

如果从 IM 隐私性的要求看，Nostr 的 Client 和 Relay 通过 WebSocket 直连是不行的，Client 的 IP 对于 Relay 没有隐私可言。应该使用 LN 作为底层传输层，这样免费获得了类似 Tor 的保护。

I translated the last sentence to "The only problem with no incentives exists on Nostr as well". I don't agree with this. Either you run a node free of charge to support the cause or you could host a node that only accepts events from public keys that have sent an amount of sats.

I agree with you. Operators can charge users to break even. What I meant above is that there is no incentive scheme defined inside the protocol. From the minimal protocol positioning of Nostr, it may be correct not to include an incentive scheme.
