Bisq is great if you want to go from Bitcoin to Monero
Retoswap if you want to go directly from fiat to Monero
Trocador is also nice for a quick no-KYC swap from basically any crypto to Monero. But it isn't p2p and non-custodial like the other two.

1: do KYC on Kraken to buy litecoin, which you can then exchange anonymously into monero
or
2: use bisq (i haven't looked into it yet but kycnot.me says it's pretty good)
