I'm screwed and I need help. We did renovations and I need to borrow money to pay the contractor. It shouldn't have been a big issue but the bank screwed up and put in that we were asking for almost four times as much money. That triggered a request to do an appraisal. Now it doesn't matter what I try to get, the system forces and appraisal.

I think she just screwed me and she's lying to cover herself but I can't focus on that at the moment. I need to get this money before the contractor sues.
