I don't see any reason to delete any of those pictures. They are just normal pictures, the bikini pictures seem to come from the same npub.

Since they are paying members, it's ok.

No reason to delete any of them or mark them as adult, just thought it was a funny combination of pics.

These are actually free uploads, we don’t look at any of the paying account uploads.

Paying members are less or rarely any trouble

For this reason we don’t allow free porn uploads, they are deleted and banned if a repeat offender!
