So that information is sent by the relay itself, but it is usually incorrect. Your best chance is to talk to he relay operator running the service to understand which types of posts he/she accept from which accounts (paid, unpaid).

I am an Apple iPhone user, the process is more complicated. currently nostr.io is not functional. Lightning wallet connection doesn't appear as an option for me. Do I have to subscribe in the app?
Which client do you use? Lightning wallet connection support is dependent on what that client is doing. Usually you don't have to subscribe to use these things.

Yeah, I think Damus doesn't have that option anymore because of Apple but I havent used it in once a year so I don't know the current state.
