Ukraine is indeed supported by many of Russia's neighbors, mostly with weapons and mercenaries. But those who officially support Ukraine also help Russia. Support for Ukraine is the default (because of the US) and then everyone acts in their own interests.

For example, Georgia supports both sides at once. Their mercenaries are fighting in Ukraine, and their business is working with Russia and even more actively after the war started.

A citizen of any country can be connected to another country's citizens due to origin, long-standing business ties, and so on. I wouldn’t be surprised if some americans continue to cooperate with Russia, and even more so with China. But what does this prove?
