Ukraine is indeed supported by many of Russia's neighbors, mostly with weapons and mercenaries. But those who officially support Ukraine also help Russia. Support for Ukraine is the default (because of the US) and then everyone acts in their own interests.

For example, Georgia supports both sides at once. Their mercenaries are fighting in Ukraine, and their business is working with Russia and even more actively after the war started.
