to open a channel you create a utxo. and then you use it over and over again to receive.

channels create utxos (in most cases, they don't have to), payments don't.

How are zaps custodial with the current setup? For bolt12 to be widely adopted, it would still need a lightning address solution?. How would that be any different from what we've got now?
