I used to do protein shakes in my college days. They are great but you have to be careful. I do remember increasing strength when I first started doing creatine. I found myself just getting fat drinking protein shakes every day.
Being liquid makes it easy to get your protein intake fast and conveniently.
I am in the position where I can afford to eat beef so I believe that better. In college I drank protein shakes because I could barely afford chicken lol for dinner.
Absolutely beef is better. I eat it daily. Also liver and bone broth.
But I’ll have a daily shake of organic whey, mixed with greek yoghurt, peanut butter, some oats and some banana that I drink in the gym during my lunch break. Makes for a very efficient workout routine.
Then I’ll eat a bunch of boiled eggs and greek yoghurt during the afternoon and cook a beef centered meal for my family for dinner.
That kept me shredded at a steady 75 kg. Then I added the creatine, and shot up to about 82 kg in a matter of weeks 👀

Yeh I think I am 183 or 184 cm.
Trying to get to 86-90 kg then cut fat. Hopefully my last bulk.
