I think you could do it in the air fryer, but you'd have to ask some air fryer folks 😂. I think it would take less time, but same process if you have cookware that fits in it 🤔. It would be trial and error.

It's just baked scrambled eggs. The texture is a bit different because of the baking. And if you put it in a pie crust, it's a quiche and sounds even fancier 🎩🧐
