Good work! I'm doing carnivore now, so I don't seem to need snacks between meals. I just eat lunch and dinner (lots of meat - sometimes 1-2 lbs each meal, but I still lost weight). Seems to work pretty well. This is my third attempt, starting on 1Jan until Easter, but this year I may try to go beyond Easter. The first year, I was able to get down to my college weight, so it worked out well. The second time wasn't as much of a drop, but this year is going well. I do a lot of grilling of steaks, brats, etc. I have two books by nostr:npub14am887cf6kvwkce89nt7dsw3v9qrrn0uppxyvr6a2jd7xdwuwccqwnudp2 , one explaining the reason for a carnivore lifestyle, the other a cookbook with great recipes.
