Where in the interview does Nadella say this?
Right in the first quarter
I've watched the entire ~4-minute video and he doesn't mention anything about "disabling" computers, or even anything related to people sharing "non-mainstream content".
I hate MS as much as the next nerd but this is clearly fake news from some fake website.

This is mainstream news… it‘s probably better to assume it’s all propaganda, fake or just made up for entertainment.
The headline is fake news. No one ever said that they want disable computers. At least not in this interview.
