It’s either a snake eating a frog backwards, snake coming out of a porcelain frog, or a frog with large, snake-like junk..

Like the Americans with their turducken, I believe this is the famous Aussie dish of Snogabbit. You just can’t see the baby rabbit inside of the frog.
