Great, so go to the GitHub page, go to Releases, and look at the latest release. From there, find the file that ends with .dmg. If your Mac has an Intel chip, get the one with x86 in the name, otherwise get the file with arm64 in the name.

When you've download the dmg file, double click it, and it should install.
