We definitely try our best on our family, we at least try to do the "stick to the outside isles" rule, and go to the farmers market whenever possible.
Funny thing about raw milk here is that it's illegal. To try it, I literally had to buy some from another Bitcoiner in a dark parking - like a junkie buying drugs 😂
trying to understand why some liver tastes amazing like oysters (fresh from a really good butcher) and some tastes like pee (usually the packaged frozen ones, even 100% grassfed)
Good food is expensive...
Especially if you are comparing it to processed garbage. You may need to move your benchmark on price of good food.
