How long did you train before?
Been running for years... last year i did my first marathon just within 4 hours. This year i started my workout schedule in december.
Next week we will see what the result is in Rotterdam. I'm aiming on a time between 3.30 - 3.40.
I will hate myself during that last hour 😅
