Maybe liquid protein if possible. Your body and mind will sleep deeper if you don’t ingest solids within 3 hrs of sleepy time

yea for the last 2 weeks or so, sometimes substitute for elk or bison, sometime go raw. just one meal per day.

kicking a terrible sugar & nicotine addiction

have lost 10 lbs in that time
