My traditional mince pies are a bit higgeldy-piggeldy this year, but the pastry is one of the best I've ever made (rough puff with half lard, half butter) 👌

Looks exactly like every mince pie ever made in Home Ec 😂 (in a good way). Now I have to figure out how to get mincemeat in the midwest US within 2 days...
I've never been good at aesthetic baking, but I can make it taste good 😂
