I just received an email from a relatively high-profile healthcare-ish company popular among Bitcoiners. They’ve been trying and failing for over a month to refund to me a significant overpayment they pulled. Their final analysis: my Ally bank VISA debit card is “incompatible” with their payment system.
This is what we’re competing with. #Bitcoin will win.
I am very skeptical on how they are underwriting the risk and crowd funding the cost. Fully admit I have only briefly thought about it and haven’t dug in but find the new model interesting just feel like a few black swans could take it out
I’m a fan of the approach. The execution could be much, much better.
Every time I use bitcoin I think “there is no comparison” the legacy system will continue to fight itself until it’s dead.
