My take is that the corruption of sound money breaks so much that it's not far-fetched to say that Bitcoin, if it remains uncorrupted, can prevent things from breaking again. Sure, even I can't defend the argument that it'll magically fix everything that's already broken.

Which even if you have the highest powered CPU money can buy, you earn pennies for running through extremely expensive hardware.
Further their TX base hasn't grown in years.
Outside of a spam attack, they're stuck in neutral with 20-25k daily transactions for the last 3 years.
Bitcoin even taking out Ordinals fiasco has a TX base of almost 300k & that's with LN offloading.
/shrug I don't really care. I see Monero a just another tool to use. I don't preach it like monero bros do, but I'm also not vehemently opposed to it. Like, a lot of Bitcoiners seem to be.
