It wouldn't be a bot necessarily. It would just create an address for your feed a non Nostr user could throw in there RSS reader to follow your long form/blog posts on Nostr. It wouldn't be posting anywhere.

No, it does not. I think some things give feeds, don’t know if any narrow it down by content
