Lately I've been thinking through the best wrestling positions for jiujitsu athletes to work through at each stage of their journey.

After looking at ADCC 2022 data and what the greats in wrestling have to say...it's obvious that every jiujitsu athlete needs to learn

- single legs

- double legs

- go behinds

- front headlock position

With those alone you can beat 90% of people in the sport.
