After looking at ADCC 2022 data and what the greats in wrestling have to say...it's obvious that every jiujitsu athlete needs to learn
- single legs
- double legs
- go behinds
- front headlock position
With those alone you can beat 90% of people in the sport.

Avoid alcohol, and I bring saline nasal spray to help with the dry air. Occasionally I'll take 3mg melatonin if my desired sleep time on the plane is outside of my normal pattern. Can only sleep in business. Not a chance for me when I'm economy.
