NixOS

OpenSUSE

Arch is good. I like nix (among other reasons) because packaging things is easy. Here's lnbits:

I need it for gaming and making games. What is best?

I ran steam on top of nixos on a steamdeck before

That was for someone else thoigh. Nix has a learning curve. Cant really speak to gaming, but most distros are on par wrt gaming support these days

Looking at what you do, nix might be a bit much. my bad.

Need something cool though,

From Windows, mint is a good choice.

Keep your options open to try other distros later. Look into partitions & dual boot. LLMs can elaborate.

Nobara is great for gaming.

It's a fedora base with a bunch of optimisations for gaming 😇

The Mossad distro?

What? 🥵

Or mint?
