If I am following someone, do I see what they post regardless of the relay I’m on?

Not an expert, but I think your relay needs to talk to a relay they are connected to or you won’t see them. But I suspect it’s like lightning, once your connected to enough, you’ll eventually see everything without having to be connected to every relay. Not sure.
Relays cannot communicate with each other, only to clients AFAIK.
I too would like to know this… I would guess you would need to have set the same relay that they post to.
