Do you need much btc to run one?
no grow it alongside your cold storage stack . make sure your channels are at least 5mil sats
Oh really, that’s it? Hmm. I assumed you needed like100 bitcoin lol.
So you need to run a full node, core lightning or lnd or whatever lightning software on top of that node, and then load up some liquidity?

That’s a strange definition on fun 😉 I‘m running a node because I have to. Balancing channels and setting fee rates is horrible imho.
