They have been great for me for literally years. But when users got hit with fees because of yet another debacle with Fortress Trust I moved away from them and have stopped recommending them to people. That was such a bad move, imo.

Same. I enjoyed their daily show and usefulness of their auto dca and withdrawal to cold storage. I also helped others onboard with them. Some older folks that I have regerts about.
