I hate “OTHER” messages and never check them. If you need to send me a message, you’re not a bot/scam account and I’m not already following you please reply to one of my posts that you sent me a message so I can look for it. Thank you!

Are bots a thing on nostr also? If so what could be done about it? Orange checkmark?
They are definitely a thing in DMs. I haven’t had any bots or scammers in my notes. Yet.
Check the NIP-05 to make sure you aren’t dealing with a scam account when someone contacts you.
