Would Joe Rogan and Alex Jones grow a full glam rock head of hair if they would eat more berries for breakfast, though?
Rogan has been blasting roids for decades lol
He’s on TRT (he has said so multiple times on his podcast) but I doubt he’s on steroids
They've been mainlining stress hormones for too long.
That makes sense. I would just argue that genetics seems to play even bigger role than it might be for example for a muscle mass.
Naw. % of bald people has gone way up.

Yeah, these people had no stress hormone activation...
Wild 🤣
The entire keto/carnivore community is getting saggy skin, grey hair, and going bald. 👨🦲
Folks just have to research nostr:nprofile1qqs27annlvyatx8tvvnje4lxc8gkzsp3eh7qsnzxpaw4fxlrxhw8vvqpp3mhxue69uhkyunz9e5k7qg4waehxw309ajkgetw9ehx7um5wghxcctwvsat7r62's journey to learn why.
It's a great observation! I never put two and two together until I saw you mention it
All of them, even in the Bitcoin community.
Saife looks the way JBP did; greying fast, eyes bulging, and lower teeth showing the entire time he talks. Unfortunately the longer you go, the more insulin resistant you become, and the less able you are to recover your glucose metabolism.
JBP is eating carbs again, and he looks sick, fat, and inflamed because his body has decommissioned the machinery necessary to convert sugar to energy efficiently. Eyes are severely 'prey' now.
Now go look how the people in the Ray Peat community are aging. Tight, plump skin. Tan. Full thick heads of hair. Hunter eyes. All lean without killing themselves. Just enjoying life and playing outside.
You never see babies with saggy skin and grey hair. Makes you think...
I wonder if lack of sugar is bad for the kidneys. I've read that baldness can be attributed to poor kidney health. There are other factors that come to mind with kidney depletion though too.
