Finished my cider press project and turned out my first batch of juice. Now for the fermentation! It’s taken all summer but I’m happy with the outcome and thinking of renting out the experience for fall festivals or social events.

Looks like a lot of work, great job! I used to make cider from the 1 gallon jugs from Costco. Open cap, dump in yeast, drill a hole in the lid, put in airlock and done.
I don’t mind the work for a quality product and the experience.
