It really is pretty simple. I won't follow stupid or immoral laws unless I am directly forced or coerced into doing so. And in the event that a forced compliance situtation arises I will be highly motivated to find a way to avoid that trap going forward.
A part of me thinks that many like-minded people should converge in a local area for the sole purpose of having a community that is willing to protect each other from the "law" when the "law" tries to come after them for the enforcement of those stupid/immoral "laws".
Of course, logistics issues.
That’s the idea behind “second amendment sanctuaries,” but there isn’t any evidence yet that they won’t fold when pressured. I’m sure their resolve varies wildly between communities.
The idea would be still to decentralize in that local area, with some sort of "alert" system when one is in need of immediate assistance. The others can approach stealthily.
