Go for walks, take the stairs and take a habit in walking 10.000 steps a day.
Slowly move your target then in achieving the average of 10.000 daily steps per full month, per quarter, per year. 🔥

I walked or ran an average of 9.5 miles every day in 2022. This year has been much less so far and I feel worse for it

18,556 daily average according to my app. I walked and ran a lot last year. I live in a big city so would walk to work and back most days. It's a form of meditation for me :)
