I walked or ran an average of 9.5 miles every day in 2022. This year has been much less so far and I feel worse for it

18,556 daily average according to my app. I walked and ran a lot last year. I live in a big city so would walk to work and back most days. It's a form of meditation for me :)

Everyone should do at least 10,000 steps a day...

I agree! We would have less pressure on our health systems, etc.

It’s a huge leverage in my opinion
