Woke up today thinking i need to get back to my 100 push ups a day routine....

Realized that challenge is over 3 years old now. (For me)

So i did 250 reps instead

100 push ups

100 reps of abs (5 different variations)

50 squats

This difficulty adjustment about to jump so

Tomorrow starts 1000 rep days

50 Burpees

50 L- sits

50 Hip bridges

50 Reverse crunches

50 ab roller reps

I'll leave the remaining 150 reps open to personal choice of exercises...

The 1st hour in the morning was 400 reps total

Start at 8:43am

25 push ups + 25 squats (2x each) (100)

25 hip raises + 25 L sits (50)

25 oblique crunches (L+R = 50)

25 hip raises + 25 oblique crunches (L+R = 50+25=75)

25 L-sits (25)

50 Oblique crunches (per side) βœ…

50 L- sits βœ…

50 Hip bridges βœ…

Total time : 35 mins, 400 reps

Now i begun the 2nd half at the end of the day (due to poor time management but commited to accomplishing

2nd Hour at night

Started @ 10:06

25 ab roller reps + 25 squats (50)

25 push ups + 25 ab roller reps (50)

25 squats + 25 push ups (50)

10 reverse crunches + 10 burpees (20)

15 reverse crunches + 15 burpees (30)

15 reverse crunches + 15 burpees (30)

10 reverse crunches + 10 burpees (20)

25 Russian twists (50 reps)

25 neck reps (10forward&back 10left&right 5ear to shoulder) + 25 push ups (50)

25 neck reps (10forward&back 5left&right 10ear to shoulder) + 25 push ups (50)

50 push ups (50)

25 neck reps (10forward&back 5left&right 10ear to shoulder) + 25 Russian twists (50)

50 push ups + 50 squats (100)

Finished

Tomorrow I'm doing pull ups
